England’s defeat by Iceland in the Euro 2016, was embarrassing and disappointing, as the team ranked 34th in the world knocked Hodsgon’s team out of the competition.

Roy Hodgson resigned following the disappointing results with Iceland, a country with a population of just 330,000.
