And when it comes to these outlandish yet intriguing benefits, no one does it better than the tech sector.

In an industry that’s flooded with sky-high entry-level salaries and bureaucratic management styles, there are some employee perks that stand head and shoulders above the rest.

A recent report, compiled by Teen Vogue, listed the best staff benefits at Silicon Valley firms by talking to several female employees who worked there.
