Ness Software Engineering Services recruits Chief People Officer

Ness Software Engineering Services has recruited a new Chief People Officer.

Narayanan Nair has joined the company from Mphasis, in Orlando, USA, where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Head of International HR for four years and three months.

Nair has over 22 years of global and diverse HR experience; he has held positions such as HR Director at CA (Computer Associates) and HR Manager at GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals.
