How will workforce diversity be affected by the Brexit?

There is no doubt that race and hate crimes will continue to rise well after our government, institutions and businesses address the sharp political move to the right with a re-balancing of their own cultural design.

Organisations will have a clearer choice now, the opportunity to reduce diversity and inclusion spend to nothing, which I expect 70% to 80% to do, or continue to ‘water the London box’.
