CEO accused of calling staff 'fat cows' in lawsuit

Digital marketing agency RAPP has lost its Global CEO, Alexei Orlov, after he announced his resignation in an all-staff email.

RAPP’s lawyers recently defended Orlov as a victim of “outrageous allegations" in a recent lawsuit raised by former US President Greg Andersen, who had been fired in April – AdWeek reports.

The suit claimed that Andersen had been wrongly terminated, accusing Orlov of discrimination. The suit claimed that Orlov had referred to several women as “fat cows,” refused to promote a female executive because she was “too pretty” and even that he told a Jewish employee that he was “miserly” with money.

The suit went on to allege that Orlov told a meeting of 70 employees in Dallas: “Mess with my brand or my direction and I will break off your finger and shove it up your ass.”
