The singer of the 1983 single ‘Walking on Sunshine’, Katrina Leskanich, has congratulated NHS staff based in West Sussex on their hard work.
The trust was brought to the artist’s attention through a music video created by staff at Western Sussex Hospitals, which used the ‘Walking on Sunshine’ hit as their backing track to celebrate their ‘outstanding’ CQC award received in April.
Lead artist of the band Katrina and the Waves, Katrina Leskanich, sent a video message to staff which was played at the annual staff recognition awards of the Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
