And whilst many interviews can be an enjoyable experience, where applicants have a chance to showcase their skills and abilities, some are complete disasters.

Candidates have taken to secret sharing app Whisper to reveal their worst ever interview experiences, as reported by the Mirror.

The publication reports the fails that applicants have experienced. One interviewee revealed how they were taken ill the morning of the interview. He said: “I still went and vomited all over the boss in his Armani suit. I didn't get the job - and I had to pay the dry cleaning bill.”
