University of Central Lancashire announces Executive Director of Human Resources

The University of Central Lancashire has appointed Kenneth Lee as its new Executive Director of Human Resources.

Kenneth Lee joins from BBC North where he was an HR Director. He has been there since September 2008, leading the corporation’s HR agenda during and after the £800million implementation of the new BBC North organisation.

He will start his new role 15 August 2016.

Lee says: “I am delighted to have been appointed as the University’s new Executive Director of HR. This is a really exciting time to be joining a University whose ethos is clearly centred on staff engagement and shared core values.
