What is Mars Petcare’s ‘pets in the office’ policy?

Our vision is to ‘Make a Better World for Pets™’ and this is based on our belief that pets make our lives better and which is why they’re at the beating heart of our business. Introducing them into our offices plays an important role in helping bring this vision to life and is a visible reminder of this every day.

We introduced our pets in the office policy in 2008 through what we call our ‘Petiquette’ policy. Over the years, we have invested in creating dog-friendly facilities including dog-walking routes, activity areas and playgrounds and dog-friendly meeting rooms.
