Daniel Thwaites appoints Director of People & Development

Daniel Thwaites has hired a Director of People & Development.

Joanne Carlin joins from Pirelli, where she was HR Director – UK for nine months.

Carlin has held multiple senior HR positions; Head of HR at Nutricia (part of Danone Group) (January 2012 to September 2015); Head of HR, and then HR Director, at John West Foods (April 2006 to April 2009, and January 2011 to January 2012); and HR Director at MW Brands (owner of John West Foods) (April 2009 to January 2011).  

She has also worked for Honeywell.
