The 25 most attractive UK employers revealed

LinkedIn has ranked the 25 most attractive employers based entirely on the actions of its users.

Their methodology looks at things such as job applications, engagement and new hire staying power; and was only run on companies with over 500 employees and on actions taken in the 12 months ending in February.

The results were then normalised so that firms were assessed against their peers versus the total universe of businesses.

John Lewis came first on the list. LinkedIn had this to say of the most attractive UK employer: “John Lewis is serious about employee happiness. One of the few companies with a written constitution, the John Lewis Partnership considers ‘the happiness of all its members’ its ultimate purpose.
