How will a Brexit impact the HR function?

In the lead up to the EU referendum, it seems we’re in the midst of a country divided.

But how exactly will a Brexit impact UK legislation and, by extension, the HR function?

We spoke to Ian Dowd, Marketing Director at NGA Human Resources, to ask his opinion on the upcoming vote, and how it will change the sector. According to Dowd, the three main areas which may be affected are Working Time Regulations (WTR), human rights and bonus payments.
