Over 35% of organisations say that their leadership development practices are still below average or poor.
In addition, 71% state that their senior management is not ready to lead their companies into the future, according to a study conducted by the Brandon Hall Group.
To tackle the outdated practices used in L&D, Nice Media and TellUs have launched ‘Leadership Angel’, a campaign focusing on interactive drama which allows the audience to dictate the direction the drama takes.
Interactive drama appears to be an influential learning experience, with the technique creating 66% more engagement, 44% longer viewing time and 39% audience behaviour tracking/understanding, according to the interactive video benchmark study, led by Demand Metric and Brightcove.
