A diminishing skills shortage across the digital sector and competition for talent is pushing recruiters to new levels to attract and retain candidates.
In the digital industry, 25% of professionals have been offered a relocation package in 2016, compared to 17% two years ago.
Happy to embark on a new venture, 94% of digital candidates were willing to relocate for a role if they were offered attractive perks.
The research led by Manchester based agency, The Candidate, found that out of the incentives offered, 69% included pay for temporary accommodation – which was top for candidates.
