How prepared are companies to deal with an ageing workforce currently? What can be done to improve this? 

In today’s working environment everyone needs to be equipped with the right tools to do their job.

However, a recent Vodafone global study found that many UK employees don’t have confidence in their ability to use tools such as audio and web conferencing (53%), enterprise social networking (58%), emailing from a smartphone (33%) and using smartphone apps to access corporate information (51%).
