ENGIE has appointed a Reward Director – UK & Ireland. 

Iain Willetts last role was at Yorkshire Building Society Group as Reward Lead – Interim.

He also held multiple senior reward roles at Serco, and was Head of Reward at Atkins from 2005 to 2009.
