Kids reveal what they think makes a good boss

It’s an age old question - one which has baffled bank executives and bar managers alike. What exactly makes a good boss?

Employees at Lee Hecht Harrison | Penna have taken it on themselves to uncover the truth behind the jargon, going to the most brutally honest and uncorrupted source for the answer - their children.

A video has been released entitled ‘What do you think makes a good boss?’ in which children suggest characteristics all they think all great managers should possess.

Some of the suggestions were surprisingly perceptive, with one child commenting: “A good boss can’t be shy because they have to talk to everyone, and tell them what to do. They should be a confident person, and not afraid to say what they think.”
