Work-life balance is different for everyone and for those at the top, especially men, it can be hard to balance both.
It is also rare for male leaders to openly discuss work-life balance. The Wall Street Journal spoke to an array of male Chief Executives about this issue, and got them to open up on how they maintain the equilibrium between work life and home life.
Daniel Glaser, CEO of Marsh & McLennan Companies, says: "Your kids are only young once, and you can't get that moment back. If I have any regrets, it's that one.
“When you're younger, you have this sense of your own immortality and you'll always be able to catch up.”
