Work should be an 'extension of life, not a different life'

The average amount of time we spend at work is 37.5 hours a week - so time away from the workplace is always precious.

However, more employers are embracing flexible working, giving workers the opportunity to be freer with their time.

Jo Phelps, Head of HR at Novacroft, shares her five tips on making work fun, so employees don’t feel a sense of dread as Monday approaches.
