Screwfix appoints Director of HR - Retail

Screwfix has hired a Director of HR – Retail.

Kerstin Hills joins from B&Q, where she held a string of senior HR roles: Head of HR - Shared Services (February 2007 to March 2012), Head of HR - Store Support Office (March 2012 to August 2015) and Director of HR – Store Support Office (August 2015 to May 2016).

She has also worked for Robert Dyas, who made a diversity-addressing advert that was labelled “perplexing,” “bonkers” and “perfect.” Click here to see it.
