What can HR do to recruit and retain the most diverse talent?
Finding new and innovative ways to make everyone feel included and valued within the business is vital, especially within industries facing future skills shortages such as ours.
To ensure we retain a diverse workforce, we have established a number of strategies and action groups to promote diversity and inclusion at every level of the business. These cover the full HR lifecycle from recruitment, through succession planning, talent management into learning and development. We run development programs for women and mentoring programs with our BAME population to name just a couple of activities.
