CIPD appoints Head of People

The CIPD has hired a Head of People.

Brad Taylor joins from the CIMA, who he joined in May 2006. He held two senior HR positions there; Director of Human Resources (May 2008 to December 2014) and Director of HR & Workplace Performance (December 2014 to May 2016).

He also worked for Barclays from September 1988 to April 2006.
