The top 100 employers for school leavers

AllAboutSchoolLeavers has announced the winners of the Top 100 Employers for School & College Leavers Awards 2016-17.

The job site, which aims to get school and college leavers into the labour market, hosted the event, which was sponsored by EY and supported by Laing O’Rourke in London City Hall. Employers received awards based on their apprenticeship programmes, school leaver programmes and sponsored degrees.

The top companies received awards for 29 categories including skills development, career progression, training and company culture. The suitability for these awards was established through surveys completed by apprentices and school leaver trainees from 100 UK organisations.

Mercedes-Benz won the Top Employer for School & College Leavers Award, and was closely followed by Schroders, Savers and TUI UK & Ireland.
