New Global Talent and Organisational Development Director at Standard Life

Unilever’s Vice President Talent and Resourcing has joined Standard Life as Global Talent and Organisational Development Director.

Stephen Lochhead, who is on HR Grapevine’s Advisory Board, has masses of experience in the HR sector.

His roles include Talent & Development Director - and Director, Global Talent Attraction before that – at AstraZeneca; Head of Senior Resourcing at Halifax; and Global Talent Manager at Walmart.
