Having won HR Team of the Year at the Relocate Awards 2015/16, what makes Grant Thornton’s talent mobility team so distinctive?
We start by listening to and identifying our client’s needs (whether those clients are in-house or external) and trying to meet them, which is sometimes a lot more difficult than it sounds. It’s much easier to go in with preconceived notions of what we think they want, rather than designing something customised to their needs. At Grant Thornton we focus on delivering a service of quality and excellence to create value for our clients and it is important to recognise what’s appropriate and relevant for them, not what's the simplest option or the latest trend.
