Promotion for Transnet's Group Executive: Human Resources

South Africa’s state-owned freight transport and logistics company Transnet has promoted its Group Executive: Human Resources to Chief HR Officer.

Nonkululeko Sishi has been with the firm since January 2012, when she joined from Public Investment Corporation where she was Head of HR.

The promotion is one of many made by new CEO Siyabonga Gama.

"In short, we are reshaping the core of our business along with our aspirations and strategic thrusts of being agile, admired, digital and united,” Gama says.
