60% of Millennials want to join businesses that have a 'purpose'

Businesses embracing ‘social purpose’ may put themselves ahead in winning the war for talent, according to a report by Claremont.

"60% of the Millennials surveyed say a ‘sense of purpose’ is part of the reason they chose to work for their current employer,” the document reads.
