What are the challenges of recruiting a diverse pool of trainees?
I don’t feel we have an issue when it comes to diversity of trainees at Napthens as we tend to get candidates from a broad range of locations and backgrounds. One reason for this is because we are open-minded when recruiting as to how candidates have gained their knowledge and experience. When considering candidates, we are interested in a wide variety of life experiences and personal skills, not simply academic qualifications.
