VUCA is a 12-month 70:20:10 leadership development programme, built on ASK’s Engage, Learn and Transfer framework, that combines formal and informal learning with a rigorous regime of engagement, learning transfer and evaluation to produce measurable and sustainable improvement in leadership performance.

Every VUCA programme participant will experience:

• A six-week engagement activity to set expectations and increase motivation
• A year-long programme of learning activities, including formal and informal approaches, a three-day residential workshop and three hours of post-workshop coaching
• After the workshop and running alongside informal learning, 45 weeks of transfer activity to ensure newly acquired or enhanced leadership capabilities are transferred to and applied in the workplace
