Happy staff the reason for profit rise, says LEON's Founder

Healthy fast food chain LEON has reported that their earnings have reached £2.26million this year (a 46% increase), according to the annual report.

The chain - which has taken the high street by storm with its fish finger sandwich, sweet potato falafels and superfood salads - says the increase was down to their good relations with staff.
