Slough Borough Council hires Head of Corporate HR

Slough Borough Council has appointed a Head of Corporate HR.

Gemma Bailey joins from Royal Holloway, University of London, where she was Deputy Director of HR for just under seven years. She was a HR Business Partner at the research-intensive university for another seven years prior to her promotion.

She has also worked at East Berkshire College as an HR Adviser.
