Bromley College of Further and Higher Education appoints Deputy Director of HR

The City of London Police’s Head of HR has joined Bromley College of Further and Higher Education as Deputy Director of HR. 

Maria Harding had held the role at the policing organisation since November 2014.

She describes her previous role on LinkedIn as thus: “I provide strategic and operational HR advice to senior managers and ACPO on a range of operational matters and ensure the HR department provides a high quality and pro-active service to meet the needs of the Force.

“I am responsible for implementing and improving HR policy and practice within the Force, to ensure it is fit for purpose and supports an operational 24/7 organisation and meets Force objectives and strategy.
