Sweet factory installs ball pool to de-stress staff

A Swizzels Matlow sweet factory has found a nostalgic way for staff to unwind; by installing a giant adult ball pool.

Bosses at the company have cited research eulogising the benefits of playful activities, such as having fun in a ball park, which include increased creativity and reduced anxiety. They are also keen for employees to rediscover their inner child.

The ball pool was fitted to mark National Stress Awareness Month, and is located in the canteen so it can be utilised during breaks.
