The average employee spends almost one week of every year complaining about their boss, according to a new report.
The study was commissioned by recruitment firm RSG and polled 2,000 office workers in the UK. The results revealed that more than six in ten respondents admitted to regularly moaning about their manager - either to other colleagues, during lunch breaks, on social media or even whilst sitting at their desks.
These grumbles amount to a total of one hour and five minutes of each working week, which in turn adds up to six-and-a-half days every year.
The results also found that female employees were more likely to complain about their boss than their male counterparts - at 68% to 57%.
