New Chief People Officer at The Home Office

The Home Office has appointed a new Chief People Officer.

Paula Leach has taken the position, she was previously the government department’s Director of Leadership, Capability and Change – a role she held since September 2014.

She is also the Chairperson of the Making Moments charity.
