Unfulfilled ambitions drive staff to career crisis

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A recent report by The Open University found that 44% of the British public are going through, or have gone through, a “life crisis” brought on by unfulfilled ambitions.

29% of those asked had their "life crisis" young, between the ages of 18 and 30, suggesting that Millennials are particularly susceptible to the issue.

Recently, Westfield’s shopping centre in London became home to Kidzania- an interactive town in which children learn about future jobs on offer to them when they enter the world of work. Here, Executive Grapevine met up with Helen Richardson-Walsh, hockey-playing Olympian and medallist, who undertook a BSc in Psychology at The Open University.
