100% of HR managers would consider implementing a six-hour working day, according to a new report.
The survey, commissioned by Crown Workplace Relocations, found that 83% of HR professionals asked said they would “possibly” consider the change, whilst 17% said they “definitely” would. Not one professional asked said they would outright dismiss the benefit.
The study looked at 1,524 respondents in total; 1,021 office workers and 503 higher decision makers in the UK.
75% of both workers and bosses wanted a shorter working day. This figure rose to 78% for those asked in London.
