Tell me about your EVP
We started off by conducting research both across the business and externally. From this, as well as developing an overarching organisational EVP, we were able to pinpoint a clear understanding of what makes each of our audiences tick and the EVP pillars most relevant to each of them. This means that as well as knowing exactly what it is that makes LV= a great place to work across the board, our resourcing team now have useful insight into what different audiences are looking for and how best to engage them.
The research and insight has also enabled us to rebrand our recruitment marketing materials and develop clear messaging and a strong visual style. Our teams now invest even more time direct sourcing including using LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our already established presence on Facebook and Twitter to connect with passive audiences and demonstrate the aspects that make LV= a great place to work and why we’d be a great fit for them.
