Pub job ad asking for graduates ridiculed online

A job advert asking for bar staff who are 'ideally graduates', with a request for a photo, has received criticism on social media.

Some posters on social media platforms have implied the role requirements are too much, and that a degree isn’t needed to succeed in the role.

The Black Swan Hotel in Devizes’ Manager, Neil Chandler, posted the ad on the town's community Facebook page, advertising positions for 'bar and front of house team'.

The ad said: "The ideal candidate would be smart, tidy, outgoing and probably educated to undergraduate/graduate level.
