In the world of pay reporting, 2018 is just around the corner.
In February this year the government announced that organisations with over 250 people will have to reveal their gender pay gap from 2018 onwards, bonuses and all.
It is hoped that by forcing companies to publically reveal their pay data, the move will diminish the gender pay gap which currently stands at 19.2% for full- and part-time UK workers, according to figures from the Office for National Statistics.
Some companies such as Amazon and MasterCard, have already gone public.
