Costa announces HR Director - UK & Ireland

Costa has named their new HR Director – UK & Ireland. 

Kate Daines will be responsible for leading Costa’s HR strategy across the UK and Ireland, helping to build and develop its growing workforce and reporting directly to Jo Bennett, Costa’s Group HR Director. 

Daines said: “Costa is a brand I have always loved because it has an amazing culture and has experienced such phenomenal growth. I’m very excited to have joined the business and to continue to build on the progressive people agenda at Costa.” 

Bennett said: “Costa is an incredibly people centric business and we want to retain our heritage and DNA whilst continuing to grow.”
