The Property Ombudsman hires Head of HR

The Property Ombudsman has appointed a Head of HR. 

Moira Brown has been a freelance HR Consultant since September 2015 when she left Churchill Retirement Living, where she was a Group L&D Manager.   

Brown has also worked at Radian Group as a Head of HR and at Care South as a Director of HR & Training.
