Daredevil boss stages dangerous staff trip to 'show off' wealth

A daredevil boss looking to flaunt his wealth to clients has led his employees on a dangerous and costly road trip along one on the world’s most perilous roads. 

Ni Haishan, the owner of a Chinese medical company, gifted each of his top ten salesmen a Maserati Ghiblis in January – worth, according to the Daily Mail, 元898,000 (£98,000) each. 

He then invited them to drive along the 1,294 mile Sichuan–Tibet ‘highway’, known as one of the most rugged driving terrains in the world. 

The salesman’s cars and his own Ferrari were considerably damaged.
