The video has been entered into the Museum Dance-Off, but it is about more than just winning. It is evident that the workers love working there, and are proud of what they do. Such cultures are hard to cultivate, but it seems as though Tunbridge Wells Museum & Art Gallery has got the balance right.
It starts off with a grey, seemingly monotonous, office. However, it soon explodes into life with workers dancing through the museum alongside the exhibits.
