The days of face-to-face interviews could well be coming to an end, as technology continues to affect how recruiters go about hiring prospective candidates.
It seems photo-sharing app Snapchat is the latest trend in digial hiring, offering employers a new platform for screening potential candidates.
Space150, a digital advertising agency, has announced that they will be using the app to recruit interns for their prestigious summer placement scheme.
The process is certainly more interactive than the average candidate interview, with the hopeful interns expected to complete several challenging tasks using their SnapChat account.
