Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne’s Apprentice Levy will, in all likelihood, increase the amount of apprentices in the workplace.
Like it or not, cultures and strategies will have to change to adapt to this.
Speaking to Executive Grapevine, Marc Allera, EE CEO, discussed how to get the most out of apprentices.
“At EE we want to empower our apprentices to acquire the key skills needed to excel and progress their careers in our company. This means that our apprenticeship program can’t be looked at in isolation – it has to be aligned with our workforce planning, responding to our future business needs,” he said.
