Feeling tired after the long weekend?
Motivating the workforce after an extended time off is a recurring difficulty for HR. Last week, Jurys Inn Hotel Group created a giant duvet suit in response to research that found that 56% of Brits struggle to get out of bed for work.
The top three reasons for this were lack of sleep (42%), the temperature outside of the duvet (40%) and fear of the working day ahead (31%).
