Wolseley UK has announced the identity of their new HR Director.
Sally-Anne Griffiths first joined the wholesale company in 2013 as Head of HR Operations where she launched the company’s new resourcing model and significantly increased flexible working across the business.
Speaking to HR Grapevine, Griffiths said: “Wolseley UK’s people are at the heart of our business. Our team provides an unrivalled, expert daily service from over 900 trade counters across the UK. I’m passionate about enabling our people to achieve their potential so they perform to the best of their abilities and give our customers great service. Our new Career Pathway will be a big focus for us over the next few months and I hope to reveal more details about this soon.”
Wolseley UK’s Managing Director Patrick Headon added: “We’re delighted to welcome Sally-Anne to the Leadership Team. Her experience and excellent track record will aid business growth, and keep Wolseley UK at the forefront of our industry.”
