The Co-operative Group appoints Group Head of Reward

The Co-operative Group has hired a Group Head of Reward.

Seth Russell was previously Dixons Carphone’s Interim Head of Reward (UK and Ireland).

Prior to his time there he was Interim Head of Incentives at Sky.

He has also held senior C&B positions at Three UK (Director of Reward) and BBC Worldwide (Head of Remuneration & Benefits).
