With the war for talent ongoing, nurturing employees from entry level via apprenticeship programs is becoming increasingly viable for a wide range of businesses.

National Apprenticeship Week (March 14 – 18) aims to celebrate the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses and the wider community.

Sarah Marrow, Group Head of HR at de Poel Group told Executive Grapevine that apprentices form an integral part of the company’s recruitment and productivity strategy.

“We are continually seeking new talent to recruit and nurture; all of our apprentices have made a fantastic contribution to our businesses and are highly valued members of the team,” she said.
